Welcome to my sacred space! I am Nancy and I am a licensed massage therapist with divinity experience. In other words, I can access the higher dimensions of your light body and spark a boost in your energies. I ask your angels and higher self to work with me as I massage you physically.
From a physical perspective, my technique is a simple Swedish massage, with relaxing music playing in the background. You are on a table, face down, with sheets draping you. If you prefer to be nude, that is OK too, with a small towel over the sensitive areas. I use a professional massage lotion rather than oil, which is unscented. A session lasts one hour, but it just might go over, depending on my sense of completion.
I approach each massage from a spiritual perspective. I massage your aura first, by moving my hands over you without touching your skin. I may ding a chime over you if I am inspired, or use incense to smudge your aura. These are age-old cleansing techniques to clear the air of unwanted subatomic particles that hang out in your aura which you tend to accumulate over time making you feel heavy, stressed and weighed down. You feel it as soothing and relaxing, as your emotional, mental and spiritual self lightens up and comes out from under heavy cloud layers.
A word about your emotional, mental and spiritual energies. These intelligent energies lie in layers, one on top of the other, superimposed through your physical body. Your physical is densest, your emotions are less dense, your mental is lighter and your spiritual (high and noble awareness) is lightest of all. Combined these three layers extend out beyond your body from several inches to two, three feet, maybe more. So clearing the air around you is the first step. It is considered the astral plane and soothing it starts you to relaxing right away, for these energies are often in conflict.
You are draped by a sheet, and an arm or leg or other part is gently exposed one at a time for me to massage. Again, if you choose to be nude, that is OK. I will place a towel over the
obvious areas. Starting at either your feet or head, depending on the guidance I receive, you will feel my hands massaging you and the warmth penetrating deeper beyond the skin.
I give energy through the palms of my hands. I have been trained in Reiki, plus my spiritual practices have opened and cleared my energy field, called the aura. You will feel me pressing, stretching, kneading and pulling, and sometimes stopping motionless.
As I move my hands around your body I am focusing on light and love and lifting you up. I am a lightworker, meaning I am communicating with your higher self, your higher attitudes and higher thoughts. As I invite more of your higher aspects to enter your dense physical body and conscious mind, you feel lighter, more peaceful and more clear as the massage progresses, because this is more natural state of being for you.
When you turn over I will massage the front of your legs, stomach, chest, arms, hands, shoulders, neck and face. My touch is relaxing and therapeutic. You will feel loved. I may use incense, essential oil, a chime, feather or crystal if I am guided.
I developed my own unique "feel" and "form" when I began massaging family and friends in the '80s. It was natural to me to touch with givingness and caring. When I went to school and became licensed in 2002, I learned techniques but my style is not so much about physical technique as it is about energy technique and how to enhance and clear the energies within the body.
I see brilliant flashes of light sometimes, like diamonds flashing in the sun. Other times I feel a presence and I will talk with it and ask it questions. I always do prayer work before and during massage to make sure only the highest and most noble of energies visit during a session.
